Our investment strategy is designed to exploit the funding gap between emerging venture firms located in underserved regions across the US, and top-tier venture firms who typically only invest in early-stage opportunities within their local markets (primarily Silicon Valley and Boston).

Our model is based on investing partnerships with local venture firms in underserved markets. These "Partner Funds" typically possess proprietary deal-flow and will concentrate the bulk of their capital into early-stage (first round) opportunities within specific industry sectors where they have particular expertise. We invest a small portion of our funds' capital into our Partner Funds and then, with the bulk of our capital, we back the winners in their portfolios with direct investments.
